From the Tuidd administration site you can create dynamically the questions that you will ask your users, and define who will be sent the survey, in what period of time, and other parameters, that will allow you to get the most out of the platform and the relationship with your customers.
Additionally, you can set up survey campaigns, which can be sent to your clients at any time, directly from the administration site, and if you need to make an integration on your site.
In all cases, users will always have the power to decide if they want to receive the surveys, and with what frequency you can contact them. The acceptance of part of the client generates a Service Token, which is delivered to the Supplier, and which must be used in each shipment.
